Virtual Immigration Office is founded by a law firm with years of experience in the practice of Immigration Law. The founding attorney learned the practice of Immigration Law the hard way, through years of extensive research; review of treatises, trial and error, mentorship’s, CLE courses and on the job training. This attorney founded VIO to help attorneys who would like to add immigration practice but do not have the time or resources to invest to learn a new area of law. VIO has been designed to provide all the information, tools and resources including actual office support to enable their members to confidently practice Immigration and increase their productivity and resources with a marginal increase in overhead. VIO has dealt with the four Regional Service Centers of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services and is very familiar with their practices and procedures. Additionally, VIO has worked with US Consular Posts throughout the world to assist clients in obtaining visas to enter the US to live and work.
